What's Important To Know About Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker

My family loves quesadillas and for years I have been struggling with making them either on the stove top or baking them. Oh sure, they came out alright, but there was something still missing. They tended to leak out the goodies in the middle and it always made such a mess. I talked to friends and they all told me to try the quesadilla maker and I have to admit at first I was extremely skeptical about putting another gadget in my very small kitchen.

I searched many websites looking for the right price and some convincing reviews to get myself to buy the quesadilla Maker. I did find out they range from twenty dollars up to fifty dollars. Not a bad price I thought, especially considering it came with a recipes booklet. I really wanted to make good quesadillas for my family. They are so inexpensive and they really like them. However it would be useless to try unless I could get that wonderful softness without all the stuffing falling out. 

After reading a ton of reviews I finally broke down and bought my first quesadilla maker. The bright red color sure helped as I love red, not to mention it matched my kitchen nicely.  I took it home and read the instructions and the recipes. Guess what we were having for dinner that night? 

I washed it all out to be sure there was no factory dust on there as I always do with any new appliance. Cleaning the non stick surface on the maker was a snap. This is perfect because when you make quesadillas with a lot of cheese like I do, it will not stick. I then plugged it in chose my favorite recipe and wallah, that was it! Amazing quesadillas for the family. 

What the maker produced was the most amazing home made quesadilla I had ever eaten. My family went crazy over them. They turned out so crisp where they should be and soft in the middle. No more cheese oozing out. 

The list of ingredients to put into quesadillas is endless. They can also be very healthy for you. Another reason I like my quesadilla maker is my daughter and husband can make them as well. My daughter had a ball making them one Friday night. She had a few girlfriends over and they made all different kinds. If I make up the ingredients, my husband could do the rest. No more slaving over the stove! 

Of course, I think they should come in a variety of bright colors. Green, orange and yellow would be great colors. Although my kitchen is all white and the red fits in beautifully.

So if you love to make quesadillas at home, and you are tired of them not turning out well, go and buy yourself a Santa Fe Quesadilla maker. You will not be disappointed. No, you do not really ‘need’ another kitchen gadget, but if you want good quality, crisp quesadillas, this is the one to buy. If you do not have a lot of room in your kitchen, like mine, you can put it up or in a cabinet for easy storage. Enjoy!
